Tax Checklists
We are now deep in the throes of tax return prep so we have prepared some super handy tax prep checklists including:

While we are on the topic of tax, be sure to check out our recent blog on the ATO red flags for the 2021-22 financial year. Each year the ATO gives a sneak preview into particular times they will be zeroing in on.
Completing these checklists will help speed up the process of your return and avoid any last-minute chasing of documents.
Online booking system
We have introduced a new online booking system via Calendly to make your tax (and all future) appointments a breeze.
Simply head to our team page and book your appointment directly with your preferred Fusion team member.
You’ll then be sent a calendar alert and reminders.
Welcome to our new staff members
We would like to take the opportunity to welcome our new staff members to the Fusion team – Robin, Stephanie and Helen.
Robin is our new Practice Manager and brings 35 years experience from within accounting firms. Her focus is on people, culture and clients and building relationships and helping colleagues and clients wherever she can. Outside of work Robin loves helping people and has found a passion working within the homeless community. She loves spending time with family and friends which usually involves good food and wine, doing anything on the water, reading, writing and being creative.
Stephanie joins us as our Receptionist with a background in administration. She loves meeting people and helping others and being the first contact at Fusion for our clients. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family including her dogs, eating out and staying healthy by going to the gym.
Helen joins us as our new Senior Accountant. Helen migrated to Australia from the UK in 2007 years ago and has lived on the Tweed Coast since. She has worked in public practice for 10 years and believes in a holistic approach to working with clients with the aim of understanding both their personal and business aims and objectives in order to help them plan and achieve their goals. Outside of work, Helen enjoys spending time with her family, beach walks and photographing wildlife.
